Austaralian Brown Mallee burl was selected for this piece for its gorgeous grain. Burl is not only beautiful but one of the cleanest smoking experiences you can have. Glass insert is replaceable with a gasket holding it in place. The airway is coated with waterglass,leading to a cleaner hit and making it easier to clean. i lightly dip a pipe cleaner in isopropyl and run it through the airway. you cant soak this pipe but the pipe cleaners with bristles do a great job cleaning it.
